It has been a little while since I posted. With the holidays and my nagging back pain I have been a little occupied. Today I wanted to share a feel good holiday story I am honored to be a part of in a way.Let me tell you a little about it.
After getting involved with the +Disney Infinity game I meet some good people. They decided to take up a donation for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida of Disney Infinity items for the children. People from all over the country decided out of the kindness of their heart to donate items. Sharing a little +Disney Magic in their own special way. Some sent discs and others sent figures. We all just wanted to share the joy we have with +Disney Infinity with the kids too. Living in New Jersey I ordered figures through +Toys"R"Us and had one of the organizers of this donation +William Lemoyce Tiller pick it up at his local store. Not only does an act of kindness bring people together but +Disney and it's new game +Disney Infinity has also created friendships.
Next Saturday December 21st the donations will be taken to the Ronald McDonald House Charity of Central Florida and be presented to the children. This isn't a story you will see on the news because these acts of kindness mostly go unknown. All of us as +Disney fans know the joy +Disney can bring. As a group everyone wanted to provide these children with some holiday joy. Sure the gift is +Disney Infinity item. Truly the gift is a group of +Disney lovers sharing something from the kindness of their heart. The kind of story you should be reading in the +Orlando Sentinel hopefully. A feel good holiday story of how a bunch of strangers from around the country come together to spread joy to children.
Even though I can't be there is person, I will be there in spirit. I want to thank +William Lemoyce Tiller and the others for allowing me to be part of this "Magical" +Disney Infinity event. We all are doing this out of the kindness in our hearts and our desire to spread the +Disney Magic in our own special way. I wish I could say, " I'm going to +Disney World !" and be in Orlando to take part in this. All I can say is that I am proud to be part of this with so many great people.
